Pilates Sweat

Pilates Sweat is one of our signature classes unique to Wild Flower.

Pilates Sweat is exactly what the name suggests: a potent, pulsing, powerhouse class. You’ll sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body during this 30 minute class. With a focus on core (don’t say we didn’t warn you), we can promise a serious burn and a good time, every time.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a faster paced, high energy, strength centered practice that targets the whole body and emphasizes one breath per movement.

More challenging variations of poses are introduced with appropriate modifications along the way to help you find your edge. Prepare to sweat, move, and have fun!

Blend

Blend is a blend of Yoga and Qigong, often called Qi Yoga, to create an accessible movement practice that focuses on general health and well being. Similar to Tai Chi.

These classes have been described as a moving meditation. They are accessible to all fitness levels as they offer multiple options and modifications for nearly every pose.

Ritual Vinyasa

Formally Sunrise & Sunset Vinyasa

This class is a fixed sequence style class.

Through repetition the magic is forced to arise

This intermediate class is always the same framework, but allows for growth and advancement. There’s something very homey about stepping on your mat knowing the sequence you’re about to practice. We also love watching our growth as we gain strength and mobility to concur poses or transitions that may have seemed challenging at first.

Each class retains the same sequence, but with modifications and adaptations to suit any yogi wanting to practice.

Teacher’s Choice

In each Teacher's Choice class, Anne will handpick a specific yoga style for the day, offering you the chance to delve into various practices and expand your horizons. From Qi Yoga to Vinyasa, Yin to Slow Burn, and more – every class is a fresh opportunity to explore the rich tapestry of yoga.

Rotating Class Styles:

  • Week 1 is our version of a Vin Yin class with our Unwind, which starts with a flow style and ends with longer-held asanas.

  • Week 2 is a Slow Burn class, proving that slow does not mean easy!

  • Week 3 will be Qi Yoga, a combination of qigong, yoga, and Traditional Chinese Medicine with mindful movement.

  • Week 4 is Myofascial Release, which focuses on a deep release of tension stored in the body by applying therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia.

  • Week 5 (if any) is a Vinyasa Flow class that uses fluid movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

Unwind

A great way to end your workday. Unwind is a combination of flow and restorative poses. You will start the class with flowing poses and sequences and end your practice with longer held restorative / yin poses.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, yet modifications are always given. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while strengthening your body and calming your mind.

Yin

Yin is a quiet, reflective and meditative practice. The intention of Yin classes is to take you on a journey to release tension throughout your entire body.

Tune into your inner yin energy as you use mindful relaxation within each posture to target the body's connective tissue and promote the mobilization of fascia.
