Welcome! We are Jill and Marie Konwinski, the Co-Founders of Wild Flower Yoga & Pilates Studio. As a Mother-in-Law and Daughter-in-Law team, we are proud to say we are a woman owned and family run business.
When dreaming up Wild Flower, we envisioned a small, welcoming community environment where everyone was free to be themselves. Fitness level, yoga clothes, flexibility, none of that means anything - come as you are. We are proud to have built this beautiful community, and welcome you.
I'm Jill. You are likely to be practicing right next me at the studio!
My yoga journey began in 2009 when I retired after 32 years in Special Education. I am honored to have created Wild Flower.
Jill is a certified yoga teacher. Jill specializes in Gentle, Senior and Chair yoga.
I'm Marie, I am also Wild Flower's Studio Manager.
I have been practicing yoga for the past 20 years and teaching for the past 10 years.
As a mom of 4, I credit my kids as the ones who have taught me the most about yoga and life.
I am filled with immense gratitude to have opened the doors of Wild Flower.
When you practice with me, you will experience high-spirited, vigorous classes designed to push you outside of your comfort zone to discover the strength and ease within.
Marie is an E-RYT500, Yoga Educator and Teacher Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Meditation & Breathwork Teacher. She has dedicated herself to being a student first and has always been committed to continuing education. She holds additional certifications in Aerial Yoga, SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Fitness & Barre.
When she is not at Wild Flower, Marie is also a kindergarten teacher. She loves to find creative and engaging ways to weave yoga, breathwork and mindfulness into their school days.
Wild Flower Yoga & Pilates is a community based on progress, never perfection. A yoga studio born from the goal of creating a community, where we can learn from each other and grow together.
