Awaken
A feel-good class that gets you moving into the morning on the right foot. This practice wakes up the body and builds momentum for the day ahead. Expect intentional movement, breath, and a boost of morning motivation. Open to all levels of practitioners.
Creative Vinyasa
Discover the joy of movement in Creative Flow, a welcoming class designed for all levels, including beginners. This playful and accessible Vinyasa-inspired practice encourages you to connect with your body and breath while exploring unique sequences that spark creativity and self-expression.
Each session offers clear guidance, modifications, and options to suit every experience level, making it a space where everyone can feel supported and successful. Mellow
Mellow is our version of a Slow Flow class. This is an all levels class allowing you to explore your body through movement and breath without being rushed into the next pose. Whether you are new to yoga, or are an advanced practitioner looking to unwind from a long week, this class is for you.
Pilates - Yoga Fusion
One of our signature classes! Our very own style of Pilates that combines classical and contemporary Pilates.
Unique to Wild Flower, our style of Pilates will transform your from the inside out by achieving that oh-so-coveted deep muscular burn!
Teacher’s Choice
In each Teacher's Choice class, Anne will handpick a specific yoga style for the day, offering you the chance to delve into various practices and expand your horizons. From Qi Yoga to Vinyasa, Yin to Slow Burn, and more – every class is a fresh opportunity to explore the rich tapestry of yoga.
Rotating Class Styles:
Week 1 is our version of a Vin Yin class, which starts with a flow style and ends with longer-held asanas.
Week 2 is a Slow Burn class, proving that slow does not mean easy!
Week 3 will be Yoga Sculpt, which combines traditional yoga poses with strength training and cardio exercises to bring a low-impact, high intensity workout.
Week 4 is Myofascial Release, which focuses on a deep release of tension stored in the body by applying therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia.
Week 5 (if any) will be an additional Yoga Sculpt class.
Vin Yin
A great way to end your workday. Vin -Yin is a combination of flow and restorative poses. You will start the class with flowing poses and sequences and end your practice with longer held restorative / yin poses.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, yet modifications are always given. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while strengthening your body and calming your mind.
