STUDIO POLICIES

Please read all policies before registering and attending your first class.

REGISTRATION

All clients are REQUIRED to sign up for class or appointments via Wellness Living prior to arriving. All payments are to be processed online thru Wellness Living prior to arriving. You can do this through the mobile website or through the mobile app. No “walk ins” will be permitted until further notice.

Late Cancel / No Show Policy is in effect for studio classes. If you are registered and cancel within 30 minutes of a class starting, or do not show up to class, you will be charged a no show fee of $10, no exceptions.

Any class that has no one registered two hours before the start of class is subject to being cancelled.

Massage, Reiki and all other services have a 24 hour cancellation. You have until 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel and reschedule.

CLASS TIME

In an effort to respect the time of all students, and allow us to clean and sanitize, classes will start and end on time. Late arrivals will not be allowed into the studio after class starts.

STUDIO DOORS WILL BE LOCKED WHEN THE CLASS BEGINS.

SHOES ON YOGA FLOOR

Shoes, bags, phones and coats are not permitted inside the yoga space. There is a designated storage area where you can keep your belongings.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

During weather emergencies or other cancellations, please check our Online Schedule for any cancellations and the most up to date schedule. We do not follow Richmond Schools for Studio Closure. If you are registered for a class that gets cancelled, you will be contacted via email or text. Please check our Online Schedule for any cancellations and the most up to date schedule.

Classes and events are subject to cancellation if no one is registered.

Age

Minors 15-17 years old are allowed to attend regular scheduled classes with a parent or legal guardian. The parent must first make their child an account and sign the online liability waiver for their child. Minors must have their own pass or be part of a family membership. Email the studio to discuss family memberships.

Minors can only attend classes with a parent also in attendance.

CARD ON FILE

All Members are required to keep an up to date card on file at all times. If we are unable to process your membership renewal or no show fees, your membership is subject to termination, losing any membership discounts you may have.

LOST/LEFT BEHIND ARTICLES

Wild Flower Yoga & Pilates is not responsible for any personal items left behind at the studio. Items will be discarded or donated if not collected within one week.
