Membership Terms
Monthly memberships are valid for studio classes. Events and Workshops are not included.
Anyone with a Founding Membership is able to continue at their current rate for as long as they would like. If you cancel membership for any reason, you forfeit your discounted rate and current rates apply.
What is the difference between the Monthly Recurring Memberships and Class Packages?
All Recurring Memberships are auto-payments automatically withdrawn from your account on the same day each month after purchase. Class Packages are a single purchase and are valid for one year.
Why does my autopay membership offer for me to purchase a new pass sometimes?
When you are enrolled in an recurring auto-payment membership, your monthly fee is automatically withdrawn on the same day each month. This automatically renews your monthly pass. Each time your payment is processed successfully, your monthly pass is automatically active. Your monthly pass is valid for each current month. For example, if your autopay is renewed (payment processed) each month on the 22nd, then your pass is valid from the 22nd through the 21st of the following month. You can register and attend classes within that period. If you try to register for classes beyond your active pass, you will be prompted to purchase a new pass. Do not purchase another pass. Your membership will renew automatically, giving you an active pass once your payment is automatically processed.
If my membership is an AutoPay Membership that renews on the date of purchase, what happens if I purchase on the last day of the month?
Auto-payments occur every month starting on the sale date, if you purchased the membership on the last day of the month, your membership auto-payments will always be billed on the last day of the month. For example, if you purchased a membership with monthly auto-payments on February 28th, your next two payments will be charged on March 31st and April 30th
How do I cancel my Mini Membership or Unlimited Membership?
The recurring Mini Membership and Unlimited Membership are both no contract, no commitment memberships. You can cancel at anytime.
