Yoga Foundations Series

We’ve specifically designed this Yoga Foundations Series to cover the foundations of yoga.

Note: “foundations” do not always equal “gentle”

Are you brand new to yoga or are you trying to re-learn the basics so that you feel more confident and comfortable jumping into any studio class?

Join us in this 5-week series where you will learn the fundamentals of some of the main yoga poses. During this series you will develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice by building a strong foundation that you can use to grow in your practice and future classes.

Each class in this series builds progressively onto the next. We’ll be covering foundational postures, transitions, and breathwork that you’ll commonly experience in all our studio yoga classes.

By the end of this series you’ll feel stronger, more confident and ready to step onto the mat in any of our studio classes — where you’ll also meet our warm and supportive community.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring a yoga mat — any kind will do! The studio does not have mat rentals.

Date: Monday January 9 - February 13

Time: 4:45pm-5:45pm

Fee: $100 for 5-week session.

Enrollment is for the entire 5-week series. Sessions are not eligible for refund if you miss a session. This series is subject to minimum enrollment to run. Space is limited, preregistration is required.

All series, workshops and events are non refundable and non transferable.
