Warm Flow (78-80 degrees)
For those who love to practice in a heated room and get a little sweat on! This is a dynamic, flowing class with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. In Warm Flow, we will heat up the studio between 78-80 degrees and you will cultivate awareness while building strength and flexibility in your body and mind. Bring your own mat and towel and come ready to sweat and burn some calories! The heat warms the muscles for greater flexibility, burns calories, and flushes toxins from the body.
