Wild Flower Reset: Rooted Strength
The Wild Flower Reset is a 5-week studio-led reset designed to give you a clear, realistic plan for movement and strength.
Instead of guessing what to do each week, you’ll follow a simple rhythm:
Three studio classes per week from our regular schedule
At-home dumbbell workouts planned and delivered weekly
Optional cardio that fits your life
You choose the classes. We plan the structure.
The Reset is built to support consistency, not perfection. It gives you a framework you can return to, even when life gets busy.
Participants work toward a steady weekly routine, with the opportunity to unlock a completion reward by attending 10 studio classes during the Reset.
The Reset Pack ($65) includes the full weekly plan, at-home workouts, and motivation support. Studio classes are booked separately through an active membership or class pack.
How the Reset works
The Wild Flower Reset is built around a simple weekly rhythm. You don’t need to overhaul your schedule. You just follow the plan.
Each week includes:
1. Three studio classes
Attend three classes per week from our regular schedule. Choose the styles and times that work for you. All studio classes count.
2. At-home strength workouts
You’ll receive three dumbbell workouts each week to complete at home or at a gym. These workouts are designed to support your studio practice and fit into real schedules.
3. Optional cardio
Add in walking or cardio of your choice when it feels right. Indoor or outdoor walking works great, as do biking, running, or using a rower.
4. Weekly support
New at-home workouts are delivered by email every Sunday, along with simple reminders and motivation throughout the week.
Throughout the 5-week Reset, you’ll work toward building a consistent routine. Attending 10 studio classes during the Reset unlocks a completion reward, with progress tracked automatically through FitDEGREE.
The Reset Pack ($65) provides the weekly plan and at-home workouts. Studio classes are booked separately through an active membership or class pack.
