Private Sessions

Private sessions offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns and goals – such as increasing flexibility, building strength, creating better alignment, building confidence for group classes, mastering specific poses, or creating a meditation practice (or all of the above!). Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced practitioner, private sessions are a great opportunity to get individual attention and grow your practice from where you are.
